Cultivating an environment where great design teams can thrive is one of the most impactful processes an organization can take on. As a bilingual design leader with a passion for creating great places to work, I've helped lead, grow, and advise design teams at start-ups and billion dollar companies alike. 

Throughout my career, I've worked on applied research, AI, product design, strategy, and cultural transformations with organizations including InterSystems, the World Bank, BBVA, the InterAmerican Development Bank, Gentera, Financiera Independencia, Grupo Bursátil Mexicano (GBM), KIO Networks, The Metropolitan Group, The Big Issue, HOPE International, and more. At InterSystems, the products I currently work on are used to process stock transactions at 11 of the top 20 global banks, support supply chain operations at the world's second largest shipping company, and improve decision-making at hospitals around the world. 

While I am always excited about contributing individually to projects that help people make better decisions, I've found that the biggest and longest lasting rewards come from working with teams that are capable of delivering far beyond the capacity of any one individual. In my professional and academic work, I have sought to constantly develop the knowledge and skills to scale impact from the team to the organization, and from organizations to the people they serve.
